Tension that accumulates in
muscles from many different lifestyle stress’s will create muscle imbalances then
compensations which will continue to build up and spread over time until they
are removed. The older you get or the more pressure you put on your body, the
more you will build up this stress and tension, slow down your circulation and
become weak and combined with the imbalances make it easier to injure yourself.

This accumulation of
tightness in the muscle, accompanied by a lack of good circulation, means less
of the muscle is functioning properly for strength and support. This is one of
the reasons an elderly person can be frail and unsteady on their feet. If they
were to receive muscle therapy to reactivate the muscles, and the right
exercise to help them regain strength and mobility they would no doubt feel ten
years younger.

Unfortunately, it is a fact
of life that we all get imbalances in our body and there is really no way to
avoid them completely but their effects can be reversed by the right therapy
and exercises.
?
Further, although the

It is my belief that the

more because they are at the wrong clinic receiving ineffective treatment
rather than their pain being especially difficult to fix. And that also goes
for the person who suffers from degeneration, disc bulging, herniation or a
pinched nerve.

I believe that generally
there is nowhere near enough emphasis being placed on treating muscle
imbalances and muscle dysfunction associated with back pain and sciatica back
pain and that’s the reason we have an epidemic on our hands.
?
I am sure you will agree
it is the muscles in our body that determine our posture and alignment and they
are the active component in all of our movements. So why would cracking a few
vertebrae or stretching or strengthening one part of the body have any chance
at effectively taking away back pain or sciatica. Of course the answer is it
wouldn’t and it doesn’t!
