e of us are in information overload, while others are undergoing from too much "know-how". In one of my last treatises, Too Much Information is Bad because Results, I discussed ways apt assist you with information overload. Today, I absence to talk to you about how too much knowledge can limit your life.
In life, we have learning and we have experience. While, I deem in acquiring for many wisdom for likely (at least in the areas of your life you consider essential), experience all has been and forever will be a better pedagogue.
That's why I urge you to look at how much learning you're doing. It may be too much. And though that may seem like one oxymoron I assure you learning too much is slowing you down in life.
In fact,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], whether you're learning too many, you're limiting your life. How? Here are two quotes that beautiful much amount it up. I'll give you one quote by the time and narrate you how learning namely limiting your life:
1. "The sapient are not learned; the academic are no wise" -from the Tao Te Ching along Lao-tse.
You look, wise men (or women) are not human who learn always daytime long and have a wealth of knowledge.
Instead, the wise are people who've learned from experience, not theory. They are people who have lived and made errors, not just read about errors.
They are people who comprehend because they've "been there". If you're often learning and not doing, then you're limited. You're learned, yet not wise.
2. "A frog that lives in a well cannot dream the ocean. Nor can a summer moth suppose of ice. How then can a scholar understand the wise? He is narrow by his own learning." -paraphrased and reworded for this instance by me from the Taoist writer Chuang-tse
The learned and learned are impeded and limited by their own learning. Don't obtain caught in this trap. Instead, learn what will get you closer to what you actually want and then go out and take movement.
Live the experience, don't equitable learn almost it. Feel the sentiments, don't equitable peruse approximately them.
Live without limits by restricting your learning. Don't permit your learning to limit you. Life is too short for that.
In closing, so what's more knowledge alternatively the experience?
