1 bag of Boca Original Meatless Chik'n Nuggets3 tablespoons olive alternatively vegetable oil (divided)1 massive onion, diced2 cups brown rice2 14-ounce cans of vegetable broth2 4-ounce cans green chili peppers, diced1 28-ounce can peeled tomatoes in nectar, diced1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons garlic powder1 teaspoon floor cumin1/2 teaspoon pepperDirections:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a Dutch oven or pot. Then place the Chik'n Nuggets in the oil. Fry over medium heat, cornering behind about five minutes. Cook five more minutes on the other side, then clear the nuggets and place ashore paper towels to drain.While nuggets are frying, dice the onion.While nuggets are cooling, join remaining tablespoon of fuel to the jug. Stir in onions and rice.
