Leduc said he has taken steps to reduce the bass sound, such as putting foam in the ceiling and ordering material that could mute the noise.

"He's done everything I've asked him to do and then some,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," Bonin said.
Police outside have reported hearing either no noise or some, but not an excessive level.
Bonin said he couldn't deny a license based on the information before him.
