The phenomenal opening surprised the Hindi film industry that received its next superhit this year after Love Aaj Kal. The romantic comedy has raked in 61.5 crore net over 3 weeks. Rajkumar Santoshi has directed Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in a tale full of unexpected twists and turns. Ranbir once again plays a young loverboy who starts off as a loser in life but changes after a lovable orphan Jenny (played by Katrina Kaif) enters his life. Ranbir now has two back to back successes in Wake Up Sid and Ajab.
