Shaklee corporation is not traded on the stock exchange. They take the private route and have a choice over whether they disclose private records to the public or not.
The Compensation Plan
The Shaklee opportunity uses the network marketing distributor model which means in laymens terms you make money by enrolling Shaklee distributors into the company and find products customers and find customers, who are willing to be put on autoship so you can earn commissions.. You also earn commissions from product orders from Shaklee distributors who are in your downline.
The Proble With Network Marketing
Shaklee is a great company that has quite a long history and it looks like they'll be sticking around awhile.
But the question persists, Why are people failing?. The answers may shock you and I guarantee you have'nt heard them before.

This is new school network marketing and this business model is called 'YOU INC.'. Shaklee distributors get it all wrong, when they try too recruit someone and tell prospects they're a part of the best busienss in the world and the comp plan is the best. People don't care about that, they'll run away and wish you wouldn't bother them anymore. You really have to get them to come to you.
