Compared to other happy hour venues Downtown near the Financial District,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Point Moorea actually had quite a selection of food and drinks. Well drinks were $5 and they had a couple of beers as well; the food selection was pretty extensive. We had crab cakes (delish), fish and chips, pizza (thin slice but would be considered medium size if you ordered it from a pizza place-- so it's pretty big),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Southwestern taquitos, and crab legs and shrimp. They were $5 or under. The seafood was surprising fresh and the fried items were perfectly fried (batter not too thick).
It's a hotel bar so... it's a hotel bar. The crowd looked like they were all guests. We came on a Tuesday so it was pretty empty. For our purposes of having some drinks and food while we debriefed and caught up with each other after an afternoon of strategic planning,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it was great place. Great food.
