Toxins absorbed into the throat will affect its respiratory system and heart rate. If eaten, toxins entering the bloodstream could be mighty enough to cause decease. Frogs produce poisons, also, but they are milder. One exception is the dart-poison frog of South USA, which can be dangerous simply to prop in ones hand. The diversity of anesthetics, chemicals and hallucinogens base in toad venom have been used for hundreds of years at healers who base merit in treating diseases with powdered toad, toad grease or tincture. People have also clouded dried venom or wasted it for hallucinogenic experiences.Tiny teeth on the lower jaw — Toads merely have teeth on their lower jaw, whereas most frogs have them on the upper and lower jaw, or dome of the mouth. In these amphibians, the teeth assist subdue pillage that is swallowed live and entire, and are not for chewing.Structure of chest cartilage — There are variations in the cartilage found in toad bodies versus frog bodies, which isnt apparent to casual visitors.Laying of eggs — Female toads arrange egg in long strings of jelly, which may have 4 to twelve thousand egg. These tubes may be up to 70 feet long. Frogs, however, arrange eggs in clusters. The World’s Largest Toad and Other Species
