The FDA hope to cut down the illness and death-toll because of the smoking by changing the tobacco packaging and promotional. Once the regulation effect, "smoking is harmful to your health" will be emblazoned in your eyes as soon as you pick up the packs. This is one of the scheme of tobacco controlling of the FDA. Disease dr. Len Horovitz,the lung disease expert of Lenox Hill hospital in Newyork lung pointed that, "we hope all people will notice the warning on the package and understand many disease as heart disease, lung, emphysema, COPD and many other diseases due to smoking. Even smoke 1-3 pieces everyday,the risk of heart disease will be increased three times".
