| Neusoft is planning its second industry park in Dalian, the Neusoft Hekou International Software Park, at the Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone.
This new park is designed to strengthen the capacity of Neusoft in software outsourcing, BPO, and embedded system development for the European, American, Japanese, and Korean markets. In recent years, Neusoft has been maintaining a high-speed growth in software and service outsourcing by leveraging its geographic advantage and competitive edge. Neusoft has developed long-term plans and investment schedules for its human resource and industrial bases to further achieve a scale operation and international expansion.
