As we advance on the personal development path and open up our awareness, we start to become aware of these more subtle aspects of our Self.
Anxiety is a very subtle feeling,Jordan Retro 11, an awareness or faint feeling of unease. It is important to become fully conscious of these subtle feelings and emotions and consciously breathe into them.
Bringing these to the conscious mind allows us to review them; to ask ourself, is there an event in my life which I can associate with these feelings? Or are they part of the group human experience
We can also work on the inside,Jordan Retro 13, identifying any negative thought patterns and consciously choosing to replace these with more life-supporting thoughts and feelings; and extending this process of positive thinking to bring in an element of Self-love, respect and gratitude for the miracle which we are, in our human body.
We become more aware of our feelings and our physical health. We learn how to scan through our body with our awareness, being sensitive to any tension we may be carrying around with us.
Gentle physical exercise can be helpful in getting our energies flowing again; or we may use simple Yoga stretching to release any knots of tension in our shoulders or neck.
As we go through life we sometimes become aware of Anxiety and Tension within the body. These can have their roots in the mind, body or the human group psyche. |
